The Emery's rush & mat weave has a tighter, structured feel for strong sun protection and a polished shape. All Charlee Girl straw hats are offered in two distinct straw weave types, each carefully selected for durability, sun protection, and aesthetic integrity.

Every hat style and pattern is available in both of the following straw constructions:

Hollow Mat Straw

  • Lighter-weight, breathable weave
  • Slightly more flexible feel
  • Airier and softer on the head
  • Ideal for hot climates, extended wear, and relaxed movement

Rush & Mat Straw

  • Tighter, structured weave
  • Slightly heavier hand feel

 Both straw types are natural, hand-woven, and formed using the custom Charlee Girl hat mold, ensuring consistent crown shape, brim integrity, and elevated fit regardless of straw selection.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and shipped across the United States. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
