Our pieces are made with natural fibers like rayon viscose and wool, chosen for their softness, breathability, and flow. Natural fabrics need gentle care so they can move with you for a long time.

General care for all Charlee Girl garments

  • Machine wash cold only. Use a gentle cycle with similar colors.
  • Mild detergent. Avoid bleach and harsh stain removers.
  • Always hang dry. Heat can shrink or damage natural fibers. Please do not tumble dry.
  • Low iron or steamer as needed. Use a cool iron or steamer and avoid direct high heat, especially on elastic/smocked waistbands.
  • Avoid dry cleaning unless the care label specifically recommends it.

Rayon wrinkles easily. It’s part of its soft, drapey nature. When your pants or shorts arrive, they may look a little crinkled from shipping. A quick steam or light iron will bring back the flow.

  • Machine wash cold on gentle cycle.
  • Do not wring or twist.
  • Hang to dry in the shade.
  • Use a steamer or low iron on the reverse side to release wrinkles.
  • Shrinkage warning: Washing in warm/hot water or using a dryer may cause rayon to shrink or lose its shape. Damage from heat or incorrect washing isn’t considered a quality defect and may not be eligible for return.

 

Soft, warm, and natural. Our wool pieces are made from natural fibers that like gentle handling.

  • Machine wash cold on a gentle or wool cycle.
  • Turn garments inside out and use a mild, wool-friendly detergent.
  • Avoid fabric softeners.
  • Reshape gently and hang or lay flat to dry away from direct heat or sun.
  • Heat warning: Hot water or tumble drying can cause wool to felt or shrink. As with rayon, heat damage is not considered a quality issue for returns.

Where we ship

  • We currently ship to all US states. We also ship to Canada and select international destinations. Additional duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing times

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
  • During launches, holidays, or big promotions, processing may take a little longer. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll reach out via email.

Shipping options & estimates (US)

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days in transit
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days in transit
  • Express Shipping:  1–2 business days in transit

Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays, weather, and holidays can affect actual delivery dates.

 

Shipping rates & free shipping

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order value, weight, and destination.
  • We offer free standard shipping on US orders over $100 (after discounts, before taxes).
  • Shipping fees are a non-refundable service charge and won’t be refunded if you return your order.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.
  • If your package shows as “Delivered” but you can’t find it, please:

  • Check with neighbors and household members
  • Wait 2 business days (sometimes carriers scan early)
  • Then contact the carrier and our support team

Lost or stolen packages

  • We’re not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier but will do our best to help you investigate with the shipping provider.

International shipping

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes charged by your country. These are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Duties and taxes are non-refundable once the order has shipped.

To keep things fair for everyone and consistent with industry standards, we can’t accept returns on items that have been:

  • Washed in warm/hot water or dried with heat
  • Machine dried against the care instructions
  • Stained, heavily wrinkled from wear, or otherwise damaged

  • Missing or removed tags

Return window

  • We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of scents and pet hair, with all original tags attached and in their original condition.

 

What’s eligible

  • Full-price Charlee Girl apparel 
  • Clothing & Accessories that are not marked as final sale
  • Items received with a clear manufacturing defect (please contact us within [3–5] days of delivery with photos so we can help quickly)

What’s not eligible

  • Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase
  • Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items
  • Items with deodorant, makeup, perfume, smoke, or other strong odors
  • Items missing original tags or packaging.

Final Sale items

To keep pricing fair for everyone, the following are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance / Last Chance items
  • Gift cards

Returns & exchanges process

  1. Go to your Customer Account or our Contact Page and provide your order number and email address.
  2. Let us know if you wish to return or exchange and the reason (this helps us improve fit and quality).
  3. Choose your preferred option:
  • Refund to original payment method, or
  • Store credit 

  • Print your label and drop off at the designated carrier within [14] days.

Return shipping costs

  • Ship using your own label: you’ll be responsible for tracking and any shipping costs; we recommend a trackable method.

Refund timing

  • Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow [5–10] business days for inspection and processing.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method; timing depends on your bank/credit card.

Exchanges

  • If you’re exchanging for a different size or color of the same style, please inform us which product and size 

 

Care-related damage and returns

Because our care instructions are clearly outlined, we’re not able to offer refunds or replacements for items that have:

  • Been washed in warm/hot water
  • Been tumble dried
  • Shrunken or distorted due to heat or rough handling

 

Promo Codes & Discounts Rules

  • Only one promo code may be used per order, unless we explicitly say otherwise.
  • Promo codes cannot be applied to:
  • Gift cards
  • Shipping fees
  • Certain limited-edition or collaboration items (if excluded, we’ll note this on the product page).
  • Promo codes must be entered at checkout and can’t be applied to past orders except in very limited cases (see price adjustments below).


Welcome / email sign-up discounts

  • From time to time we may offer a welcome discount when you join the Charlee Girl newsletter or community.
  • Welcome offers are one per customer and can’t be combined with other promotions.

 

Sale & discounted items

  • Items purchased on sale (with a promo code or marked down on site) are eligible for return unless marked “Final Sale”, but refunds will be for the amount you actually paid, not the original price.
  • Items labeled Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Unless otherwise noted, promotions:

  • Can’t be stacked with other promos
  • Don’t apply to gift cards
  • Apply only to orders placed during the active promotion window
